Akihito Yoshida participates in the group exhibition "CARE MATTERS An Exhibition of the VERBUND COLLECTION," which opens on March 12, 2026, at Albertina (Vienna, Austria).

The exhibition features his series "The Absence of Two," which can be seen as the prologue to the series "The Dialogue of Two," previously exhibited at IRIS ARLES in the summer of 2023.

Furthermore, his work has entered into the prestigious Verbund Collection—a collection that brings together a wide diversity of photography, video, and conceptual art, centered on themes such as the "Feminist Avant-Garde," "Perception of Spaces and Places," and issues of "Gender, Identity, and Diversity."

Akihito Yoshida presents his series "The Dialogue of Two" alongside Japanese photographer Hajime Kimura in a duo exhibition titled "Family Matters," held at nostos books (Tokyo, Japan).

On this occasion, the two artists—both of whom have published books dedicated to their own families by Three Books—unveil their respective works. In this exhibition, they confront the notion of "family" through a multitude of emotions, conflicts, and grief.
